Salut!

The Carte Noire shoot finished on Monday, after which I went to my home in Sainte-Maxime. The filming went really well, and I can't wait to see the final edited version of the commercial. I must say, their coffee is very tasty.

My wife and the children were already in Sainte-Maxime, so we're all together again, and the pressure is off 'Mr Mum.' It is times like these that I love, just to be with the family and relax. I have also played golf a couple of days this week with my son Andrea.

The weather here is absolutely beautiful - I hope it stays like this. Yesterday was the Summer Solstice, which is the longest day of the year. It was light until 10pm, which was brilliant.

Thanks to all of you who have emailed me this week. Once again, I have been inundated, and it is always a pleasure to read your views and questions. I am still reading through them all, and haven't quite finished, so I will answer Email of the Week on Tuesday.

I am really enjoying myself at the moment, and I am getting ready to start the new season. So the Sainte-Maxime beach soccer tournament will be a good limbering exercise. It starts today and ends on Sunday; I don't know which team I'll be in yet, but it will be tremendous fun.
